1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms form a legal agreement between you and PushPDF. Your use of the App constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
2. Description of Service
PushPDF is a PDF management and document scanning application that allows you to:
- Scan documents using your device's camera
- Convert images to PDF format
- Manage, view, and organize PDF documents
- Merge, split, and compress PDFs
- Store documents locally and optionally sync across devices
3. User Data and Privacy
Your documents are primarily stored on your device. Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information about data collection and usage.
4. App Usage and Restrictions
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
- Use automated systems to access the App without permission
5. Intellectual Property
PushPDF and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PushPDF and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. Subscription & Billing Terms
PushPDF offers a Pro subscription that unlocks premium features, AI tooling, and cloud sync.
- Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Your Apple ID account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You may manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
Apple handles all billing. Refunds are issued only as provided by Apple's policies or required by law.
7. Warranty Disclaimer
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PUSHPDF SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP.
9. Apple Terms & EULA
Your use of PushPDF obtained through the Apple App Store is governed by these Terms and Apple's Media Services Terms and Licensed Application EULA.
